> Strong command of English is extremely important.
> Candidate should have clear ideas about Marketing, Account Management or Client Management.
> coordination with the Production team
> confirm delivery or dispatch planning once an order is placed by any customer
> Proper follow up with the Export documentation team
> ensure timely dispatch of the order
> Interacting with the clients
> confirming receipt of the order
> Necessary follow up for payment realization
> Taking final update from the Accounts department about Payment realization
