Job Description:

• Ø  Schedules, assigns, and plans the work of paint shop personnel performing a variety of painting projects.
• Ø  Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of painting expenditures and procedures for equipment maintenance.
• Ø  Estimates material and labor.
• Ø  Monitors the acquisition and use of materials.
• Ø  Must experience about color combination ratio and measurement.
• Ø  Must known about color types and its specification with process of spray painting and blasting with its equipment.
• Ø  Skill to manage and maintain all data and making records of daily work.
• Ø  Capable to man power management with update team.
• Ø  Must knowledge about dft and its achieve level criteria
• Ø  Trained workers through demonstration in painting methods and operation of equipment.
