Experience : Minimum  7-10 years experience  and atleast two years as NPD head

Location : Baroda, Gujrat

Job Description :

# Lead the NPD department starting from answiring the enquiry to productionising the new items

# Provide the optimsed costing to the new enquiry

# make the  monthly/weekly/daily planning to NPD team( design, VMC, Pattern makers, development team. Ensure that plan vs actual 

# Improve the yield, reduce the rejection of existing and new items

# Run the NPD department in profits by treating it as a profit centre

# Make the work place safe and vibrant for all the NPD team

# Motivate the team and ensure that all the team is doing the continuous improvement and following the Crescent core values

# Reduce the fettling time, no of trials for the exisitng and new items

Required Skill :

> Can speak Hindi/English ( Gujarathi language is additional advantage ) (English & Hindi Must)

> Computer skills ( excel /power point )

> Can he settle  Baroda

> minimum 3 years working experience in High pressure molding line, Horizontal flask less molding experience is an added advantage

> Should be able to read the drawings, do the feasibility

> Should be able to conceptualize the pattern/core box making process and give the guidance to the design and development team

> In house pattern manufacturing knowledge
