Job Responsibilities :

# Performing regular cleaning, check up and utility operations (VCB, ACB, transformer, DG, pump house, Compressor & RO)

# Maintenance and trouble shooting of induction furnace (either inductotherm or Electrotherm)

# Maintenance and trouble shooting of sand plant electrical issues

# Maintenance and trouble shooting of HPML electrical issues

# Maintenance of EOT cranes, core shop

# Maintenance of Shot blast machines

# Ensuring adherence of PM schedule according to allocated area

# Working towards to increase plant uptime as per target by doing proper RCA

# Cost optimation by concentrating more on preventive maintenance

# Focusing on continuous improvement and kaizen activities
