Job Description :-
Production Planning : Planning and scheduling production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
Team Management : Supervising and motivating production staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Process Improvement : Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Quality Control : Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
Resource Allocation : Allocating resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet production needs.
Reporting and Analysis : Monitoring production metrics, analyzing data, and reporting to management.
