Experience : 2 - 5yr in Crane Maintenance profile
Location : Howrah
Duty : 12hr (Rotational)

Preferred candidate profile for Maintenance :
- Routine Maintenance : Perform inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and repairs on crane components (hoists, trolleys, brakes, electrical systems).
- Troubleshooting : Diagnose mechanical/electrical issues and resolve them to minimize downtime.
- Safety Compliance : Ensure cranes meet safety standards and conduct safety checks.
- Record Keeping : Maintain logs of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Parts Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and order replacements as needed.
- Collaboration : Work with operators, supervisors, and engineers to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
- Training : Assist in training crane operators on basic checks and safe usage.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Certifications: BIS crane safety certification or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–5 years in crane maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify and fix issues quickly.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, or with heavy tools.
- Tools: Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and software (if automated systems are used).
