- Inspection and Testing
- Knowledge of forging processes and materials.
- Experience with quality control tools and techniques (e.g., Varnier Caliper, Height Gauge, Micro Meter etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Process Improvement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Defect Analysis
